We will focus on 3 reports: Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Projections. Individually, these 3 reports reflect distinct data that owners need to manage their business. When used together, they tell a more complete story. You will learn how to read and analyze each report, including indicators and red flags, using metrics derived from these reports to determine profitability, land efficiency, and to assist you in making informed short-term and long-term decisions.

We'll walk through the operational and financial advantages of being prepared, from choosing the right deicer for your market and surfaces to managing inventory effectively, even if you're located in a traditionally warmer region. You'll leave this session equipped with product recommendations, selling strategies, and inventory planning tailored to your region, ensuring you're seen as a professional, full-service provider regardless of location.
IRRIGATION TRAINING - in Melody Room
We will focus on 2-wire and traditional irrigation systems. Ewing Outdoor Supply will illustrate the benefits and functional differences as well as installation and maintenance costs of each type of system. You'll learn how to price and sell relevant systems and gain valuable knowledge that can be applied to your business and shared with customers. Get a first-hand look and description of integral components, including smart controllers, decoders, valves and sprinkler types. The 2nd half of the session will be hands-on troubleshooting and repair track. A modified 2-wire system will be set up in the room to identify and repair common issues that will arise throughout the servicing season. We will also address 2-wire diagnostics and installation/maintenance dos and don'ts.
